Our Family Law service draws upon a wealth of experience to help deal with all issues confidentially and with the utmost sensitivity. Where possible, we strive to keep matters out of court, following negotiation and mediation routes. Where negotiation is not possible or appropriate, for instance where there has been bad faith or incomplete disclosure, we will represent your interests with the utmost vigour and professionalism.
We have particular expertise in representing high-net worth individuals and disputes involving international jurisdictional issues, trusts, pensions and business assets. Being a stone’s throw from the Principal Registry of the Family Division and the High Court of Justice, we are able to accept instructions on an emergency basis to obtain injunctions or provide representation at without notice hearings.

Our family charging rates are highly competitive compared to other Holborn, City and West End based firms. Whilst we undertake primarily privately funded work, we offer our services to a limited number of clients for whom Legal Aid is available.
