Abbas Nawrozzadeh is an Associate Solicitor with the firm specialising in Criminal law. He represents both youths and adults being investigated by the police for all Criminal offences. Belerta is an experienced specialist Immigration solicitor with over 5 years experience in Immigration Law. She has worked for a local firm prior to joining Johns & Saggar in 2006.
Christina Peters joined Johns & Saggar in 1993, working as a paralegal and trainee solicitor before qualifying in 1997. She then continued working as a newly qualified solicitor until 2000 when she went on to specialise in Residential Property.
David Tyme has been a practicing solicitor for more than twenty years. He joined Johns and Saggar in August 2011. Prior to joining us David worked for two leading employment law practices namely, Thompsons and Webster Dixon LLP.
Joanna Alexiou completed her Law degree with Hispanic Studies at University College London in 2008. This involved a year studying Spanish Law in Madrid. She then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury, in London and started as a Trainee Solicitor with the Johns & Saggar in May 2010.
Jonathan Etuk is a lawyer with considerable experience in dealing with a range of legal disciplines. He provides a specialist legal service to companies from incorporation and drafting agreements through to specific advice and dispute resolution. He has advised on high value commercial disputes and corporate governance.
Justine Holdridge heads our Family Law department based in Holborn. Having trained at a local firm of solicitors in litigation and Family Law, Justine qualified in the family department in 2006, and has since specialised in the area, gaining a great deal of experience in complex financial disputes often with substantial assets abroad. Her litigation experience allows her to bring a cutting edge to her court representation and her varied experience in Family Law ensures a deeper understanding of the wider considerations of family breakdown.
Khalid Sofi is Managing Partner of the firm. He specialises in charity, employment and public law. He deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters and handles litigation in Employment Tribunals, Employment Appeals Tribunal, Charity Tribunal, the High Court, Court of Appeal and the European Court of Human Rights.

Sunil Saggar founded Johns & Saggar in 1990 with Heather Johns and has since developed particular expertise in civil litigation and dispute resolution. He is an accomplished litigator and handles complex litigation in all civil and commercial areas right from the County Court to Court of Appeal.
Tim Davies is a criminal defence solicitor with experience in defending people charged with all levels of offence from the most serious, such as murder and drugs offences to assault and traffic violations. He has a particular interest and experience in defending prosecutions brought by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority (MHRA), as well as frauds and other financial cases.
