Residential Conveyancing

Christina Peters joined Johns & Saggar in 1993, working as a paralegal and trainee solicitor before qualifying in 1997.  She then continued working as a newly qualified solicitor until 2000 when she went on to specialise in Residential Property.

She returned to Johns & Saggar in 2009, and continues to work exclusively in all aspects of residential property transactions providing an effective, professional and bespoke service in both freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new homes, auction sales, buy to let and lease extensions.

She has also acted for several charities in connection with their acquisitions and sales.

Christina is a keen horserider and enjoys Zumba, cinema and theatre.
