Justine Holdridge heads our Family Law department based in Holborn. Having trained at a local firm of solicitors in litigation and Family Law, Justine qualified in the family department in 2006, and has since specialised in the area, gaining a great deal of experience in complex financial disputes often with substantial assets abroad.  Her litigation experience allows her to bring a cutting edge to her court representation and her varied experience in Family Law ensures a deeper understanding of the wider considerations of family breakdown. 

Justine has thorough knowledge of the law surrounding divorce, financial relief, civil partnership dissolution, the rights of cohabiting partners and of the safeguarding of children by way of emergency injunctions to stop children being taken abroad or applications for leave to remove a child from the jurisdiction.  She also advises on matters to do with the arrangements for children on family breakdown, such as Residence and Contact Orders. 

Justine is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and Resolution.
