Sunil Saggar founded Johns & Saggar in 1990 with Heather Johns and has since developed particular expertise in civil litigation and dispute resolution.

He is an accomplished litigator and handles complex litigation in all civil and commercial areas right from the County Court to Court of Appeal. He uses his knowledge of contract law and lateral thinking skills to help clients achieve success in areas where there is often little legal precedent.

He has an interest in the theatre and is a long standing Board Member of the Asian theatre company, Tara.
