Tim Davies is a criminal defence solicitor with experience in defending people charged with all levels of offence from the most serious, such as murder and drugs offences to assault and traffic violations.

He has a particular interest and experience in defending prosecutions brought by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority (MHRA), as well as frauds and other financial cases. Tim is also experienced in challenging and varying Restraint Orders. 

If you have been charged with an offence or fear that you may be, Tim will be pleased to speak to you to about it. He has strong relations with barristers in some of London’s most respected specialist chambers.

In his spare time Tim enjoys fishing.
